Homemade Irish Cream

I made this for Dan for Valentine’s Day once- it’s delicious! But only lasts about a month before it starts to go bad, so unless you plan to drink it fast, it’s good to make and give out small portions of as gifts.
ingredients
- I cup whipping cream (unwhipped, obviously)- or half-and-half can be used instead
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend for 20-30 seconds on high.

Store in tightly sealed container.
