  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium package of ground beef
  • 5 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 oz.) containers ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped basil leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
