Southern Dry Rub
ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
directions
Mix all ingredients together and rub on meat of choice for a nice kick with lots of flavor. Toss meat on grill and cook.
