Goulash
An easy weeknight dinner. This has been a staple in our house since I was a kid.
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
directions
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Add mixture back into pan and add the rest of the ingredients.
