Ming
ingredients
- 500g minced steak
- 1/4 cabbage, shredded
- 1 packet chicen noodle soup
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 medium sized carrots, grated
- 1/2 capsicum (optional)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 1 stick celery, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper

Brown mince, onion, capsicum and celery in a little oil in a large frying pan.

Add all other ingredient and simmer for 25 minutes.

Can use a can of soup and 2 cups of water
