Rosemary Pork Loin

ingredients

  • 1 Pork Loin or Pork Roast
  • 1 whole bottle of Chianti (buy the cheap stuff, it will work just as well)
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • fresh black pepper

directions

Place the pork in a deep pan and pour the entire bottle of chianti over it. Quarter the garlic cloves and tear the rosemary needles into smaller clumps. Add both of these to the chianti and season with black pepper. Marinate the pork all day (best to start in the morning). The pork will turn a deep purple in color.
