Mashed Potatoes
ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes (Russet)
- 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup real butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste

Rinse Potatoes.

Peel and slice potatoes 4 times.

Put potatoes in water (30 mins), should be soft when poked with fork.

Drain in colander.

While hot mash the potatoes.

Add the cream cheese. Add the sour cream, butter, salt, all other ingredients.

Mix with mixer.

Butter a 13x9 dish. Transfer potatoes into dish.

Bake uncovered for 30 mins at 350.
