Zucchini Bake
From: Kathy Weber
Place zucchini in colander inside mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 mins.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
Dry zucchini slices with paper towel.
Place zucchini in baking dish, overlapping slightly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over zucchini and bake 30 mins at 350° until tender.
