"Good for You" Muffins
ingredients
- 3 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oat bran
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins or craisins
- 1 c. banana chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix water, oil and eggs together in small bowl. Combine by pouring liquid into dry; mix as you pour. Spoon into muffin tins and bake @ 375° for 17-20 min.
