Hash Brown Casserole
ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes (optional)

Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes together.

Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish.

Mix melted butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake at 350° for 45 - 60 minutes.
