Shrimp with Serranos
ingredients
- 1 Pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup chopped Red Pepper
- 3 Serrano Chili Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 Teaspoon snipped fresh basil
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Shallots, chopped
- 1/4 Cup shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon snipped fresh Oregano
- Hot Cooked Spaghetti

Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. In a 10 inch skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, red peppers, chili peppers, garlic, and shallots. Cook and stir about 3 minutes or till shrimp turn pink.

Add parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano. Toss till well combined. Serve over spaghetti.
