Cream Cheese Bars
ingredients
- 2 8oz cream cheese blocks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 packs crescent rolls
- egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix with a beater cream cheese blocks, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.

Roll one pack of crescent rolls on baking sheet, put filling on top.

Roll second pack of crescent rolls on top of the filling.

Brush both with egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake until crescent rolls are done (lightly brown).

Cool in fridge for at least three hours, then cut until squares.
