Sweet Potato Cassarole

Fablous family must have at holidays.
ingredients
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c of brown sugar
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup of evaporated or condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp of vanilla
- 1 cup of marshmallows
directions

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla, marshmallows , mix together put in a deep dish pan , preferably a large narrow deep baking container.

Topping.

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cups pecans

1/3 cup melted butter,

You can double this is want a even coating across your casserole.

Sprinkle on top bake for about 35 mins on 350 - 375
