Marinated Vegetables
ingredients
- 4 cups fresh vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, green peppers or green beans)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Combine prepared vegetables in 1 qt container. Combine remaining ingredients in separate jar and shake to blend.

Pout mixture over vegetables and pour over vegetables. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
