ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, green peppers or green beans)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

    Combine prepared vegetables in 1 qt container. Combine remaining ingredients in separate jar and shake to blend.

    Pout mixture over vegetables and pour over vegetables. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
