ingredients
- 20 corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground meat (preferably pork)
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 jalapenos, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 8 oz can black olives, sliced
- 8 oz shredded jack or jalapeno jack
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 bottle green taco sauce
- lemon pepper
