Super Easy Chicken Skillet

ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. Egg Noodles
  • 2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

directions

    1. Cook the cubed chicken in a large skilled.

    2. Boil the egg noodles until done.

  • 3

    3. Drain the cooked chicken and place back in pan with the can of rotel. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

    4. Slowly add in the cream cheese, stirring until creamy.

    5. Drain the egg noodles. Add the noodles into the skillet of chicken, rotel and cream cheese. Mix together

    6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and cover until melted.

    7. Serve with sour cream.
