Breakfast Burritos
ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground meat of your choosing and or sausage
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/2 lb. Frozen cubed potatoes
- 1 TBS. Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 TBS. Butter
- 1-10 oz. Can green chili sauce(if you like) or salsa
- 6-8 Burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, brown the meat. Remove from heat and drain excess fat. Set aside. Brown the potatoes in oven by broiling them according to package directions until crisp. Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. together in medium mixing bowl. Over medium heat, melt butter in separate large skillet. Add egg mixture to skillet and scaramble eggs, removing from heat once they are cooked but still moist. Warm green chili over medium heat in a saucepan until heated through.

To assemble warm tortillas in a skillet until flexible, turning once. Fill tortillas with 1/3 cup scrambled eggs, 2-3 TBS. meat, and 1/3 cup potatoes. Top with cheese and green chili according to taste. Fold filled tortillas into burritos and enjoy. Or you can wrap them individualy with plastic and place in a freezer bag and freeze them for later.

You can basicly add any kind of filling you want so just let your mind go crazy and start creating your own Kreation. Enjoy and have fun.
