Baked Potato Soup

ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups half & half
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz grated sharp cheese

Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble.

Saute onions until soft and add flour.

Cook one minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly add broth, stirring until thickened and bubbly.

Add potatoes, spices and half & half.

Cook for 10 mins.

Add sour cream and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
