Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies

What could get easier than cookies you don’t have to bake? Take these to the next potluck you get dragged to.
ingredients
- 1 pkg Candiquick melting chocolate, in baking isle
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- peanut butter
- various gel icings, in baking isle

Melt chocolate in microwave as per instructions, a couple blocks at a time so you don’t melt more than you need.

Make peanut butter sandwiches by spreading peanut butter on a cracker and topping it with another cracker. Using a fork, lower sandwich into melted chocolate to coat. Transfer to waxed paper or saran wrap to cool.

Decorate cooled cookies with squiggles of gel icing, or more fancy designs if you feel creative. Trust me, chicks dig it when you decorate things.
