Braised Brisket
ingredients
- 4-5 pounds Beef Brisket
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbl Liquid Smoke
- 1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce (save until the end)

Sprinkle beef with celery salt, onion, and garlic.

Place in shallow dish.

Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over meat.

Cover with foil.

Refrigerate for 8 hours turning once.

Cover, Bake 300 degrees for 4 hours.

Pour off liquid (Reserve 1/2 Cup), and combine with BBQ sauce.

Stir well and pour over meat.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes more.

Slice across the grain thin slices.
