Blue Cheese Burgers
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1/3 C blue cheese
- 90 G cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
directions
Roll out patties 1/4 inch thick and put the cheese spread in the middle. Clamp the patties together around the edges and fry.
notes
Got this recipe around the time David was born in December 2007. One might mix some sharp cheddar cheese in with this and cut the blue cheese in half.
