Mandarin Orange Cake
This is my Aunt Shirley’s(J.C.’s side) recipe. It is a wonderful spring/summer cake. Very moist and tasty!
ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1(10oz.)can mandarin oranges
- and juice
- Filling and Topping:
- 1 (9oz.) carton cool whip
- 1 reg. can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
directions
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges-2 minutes. Pour into 3(9") round pans that have been greased and floured. Bake 350 deg.-25 minutes. Mix filling. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
