Spaghetti Pie

Makes 1 big casserole

This recipe is easily doubled in a 9x13 pan. Easier then lasagna without all the work. Been a big hit up here and KIDS love it!

ingredients

8 oz of Spaghetti
2 Tbsp of butter
8 oz of Riccotta Cheese
Hunts 4 cheese spagetti sauce
1 package of Cheese and Garlic Sausage de-cased and chopped up cooked and drained well.
2 well beaten eggs
1/3 cup of Parm. cheese
1/2 cup of Mozz. cheese

directions

Use a 10 in round casserole dish. Mix COOKED spagetti with butter, Parm, and eggs. Form a crust at the bottom of the casserole dish. Put your cooked sausage on top of pasta then smother it with Ricotta cheese. Top it off with your sauce. Bake uncovered in 350 Degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozz cheese and bake for 5 more.
