Pork Loin Marinade
ingredients
- 1-1 pound or more Pork Loin
- TO MAKE MARINADE:
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 squirts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Mustard

TO MAKE MARINADE:

Wish ingredients together. Pour over Pork in zip-lock bag. Marinade in fridge for 24 hours.

TO BAKE PORK LOIN:

Preheat oven to 375°
- 5
Brown pork loin over pan top (both sides). Bake for 45 minutes. Reapply marinade as a glaze throughout baking.
notes
Cilantro may be substituted with Parsley. May also use dry Mustard if necessary.
