ingredients

  • 1 + 1/2 pounds beef or chicken, sliced thin
  • 1 bunch of broccoli, cut up
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup stir fry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

directions

  • 1

    Cook meat in the oil at medium heat.

  • 2

    While cooking meat, begin cooking broccoli in a separate pan, in a small amount of oil.

  • 3

    When meat and broccoli are done, combine and add vegetables.

  • 4

    Cook until vegetables begin to soften, add stir fry sauce.

  • 5

    Serve.
