ingredients
- 1 + 1/2 pounds beef or chicken, sliced thin
- 1 bunch of broccoli, cut up
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 orange pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup stir fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Cook meat in the oil at medium heat.

While cooking meat, begin cooking broccoli in a separate pan, in a small amount of oil.

When meat and broccoli are done, combine and add vegetables.
