Texas Potatoes

Grandma Weiden made these just about every Sunday after church.

ingredients

  • 3 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2-3 T melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of onion and green pepper, diced
  • 6 oz. of sour cream
  • 8 oz. of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cracker crumbs (like Ritz or corn flakes)

directions

Mix all together except cracker crumbs. Pour in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
