Texas Potatoes
Grandma Weiden made these just about every Sunday after church.
ingredients
- 3 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2-3 T melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of onion and green pepper, diced
- 6 oz. of sour cream
- 8 oz. of cheddar cheese, shredded
- cracker crumbs (like Ritz or corn flakes)
directions
Mix all together except cracker crumbs. Pour in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
