Artichoke Cheese Dip

Excellent on a cool night with family or friends over.

ingredients

  • 1 15oz can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 12 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c real mayonaise
  • 1 c parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chives or 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a baking dish and bake at 325° for about 45 min. Serve warm with crackers or crusty breads.
