Artichoke Cheese Dip
Excellent on a cool night with family or friends over.
ingredients
- 1 15oz can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 12 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c real mayonaise
- 1 c parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chives or 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a baking dish and bake at 325° for about 45 min. Serve warm with crackers or crusty breads.
