Buttered Baked Chicken
ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts with bones and skins (or whole chicken)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- 1 onion chopped in chunks
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
- veggies, Frozen Brussel Sprouts are wonderful
directions

Coat chicken with egg and bread crumbs.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary to taste.

Place chicken in baking dish. Cut up butter and place in baking dish along with vegetables. Pour cooking wine into pan. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes (possibly more based on size of chicken).

Remove foil 15 minutes before end of baking.
