Spoon Corn Pudding
ingredients
- 1/2 c. marg
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 8 oz pkg Jiffy cornbread
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz can corn
- 8 oz can cream corn
- 1/4 lb. shredded swiss cheese
directions
Mix all ingredients in an oiled 8x10 casserole dish. Sprinkle swiss on top in the last 10 mins of cook time.
