ingredients

  • 1/2 c. marg
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 8 oz pkg Jiffy cornbread
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz can corn
  • 8 oz can cream corn
  • 1/4 lb. shredded swiss cheese

directions

Mix all ingredients in an oiled 8x10 casserole dish. Sprinkle swiss on top in the last 10 mins of cook time.
