Oven Omelet Brunch
ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 dozen eggs
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
directions
Heat oven to 325. In oven, melt butter in a 13x9 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter. In a large bowl beat the eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onion and pour into the baking dish. Bake until the eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
