ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks (whip in a dish)
  • 2 tbs brandy
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 1/4 cup scalded light cream
  • heavy whipped cream
  • powdered sugar
  • Baker’s German Chocolate

directions

  • 1

    Mix the egg yolks and brandy. Place the egg/brandy mixture into a blender and add the chocolate bits, and light cream. Blend and refrigerate.

  • 2

    Serve with heavy whipped cream (little powdered sugar) and Baker’s German Chocolate shaved on the top.
