Mousse
ingredients
- 2 egg yolks (whip in a dish)
- 2 tbs brandy
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate bits
- 1 1/4 cup scalded light cream
- heavy whipped cream
- powdered sugar
- Baker’s German Chocolate
directions

Mix the egg yolks and brandy. Place the egg/brandy mixture into a blender and add the chocolate bits, and light cream. Blend and refrigerate.

Serve with heavy whipped cream (little powdered sugar) and Baker’s German Chocolate shaved on the top.
