Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
So much better than regular fries, and you can pretend their healthy too!
ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes cut into wedges
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. season salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Seal and shake. Place sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until very tender, flipping potatoes once during cooking.
