Seven Layer Jello

ingredients

  • 4-3 oz packages jello
  • SOUR CREAM MIX:
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 envelopes knox gelatin
  • 1/2 cold water
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 tbs vanilla

    One at a time, dissolve all 3 packages of jello in 3/4 cup boiling water and add 3/4 cup cold water.

    Mixture: coil milk and sugar. Dissolve 2 envelopes gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix the above with mixer and set aside.

    Do one later jello, chill 45 minutes. One layer sour cream mix and chill 45 minutes. Do one later jello, chill 45 minutes. Etc.
