A delicious pecan pie!!
ingredients
- 1 9" unbaked pastry shell
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

I picked up this recipe at the State Fair of Texas years ago and it became a family favorite. I never tried the whipped cream, but I'm sure it would be good!
