5 minute Key Lime Pie
A quick and easy version of a popular dessert!
ingredients
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) sugar free lime flavored jello
- 2 containers fat free key lime pie yogurt
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie crust

1. In microwave safe cup heat water on high for 45 seconds or until boiling. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.

2. In large bowl whisk together the gelatin mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread into the crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
