Easy Potato Casserole

ingredients

  • 1 (10 & 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream (16 ounces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes

directions

Mix soup, onion, cheese, margarine, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Fold in potatoes. Put in greased 13x9x2 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours.
