CHOCOLATE LUSH DESSERT

A refreshing dessert given to my by my mother-in-law that goes over well any time of year.
ingredients
- BASE:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FILLING:
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 pint Cool Whip
directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Mix flour, butter, nuts. Press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake 15 minutes until light brown. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix and spread over first layer.

Beat milk with pudding for 2 minutes and spread over cream cheese layer.

Frost with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.

You can use any flavor pudding mix that you love.
