Chicken Ceasar Sandwich
This is a great quick evening meal.
ingredients
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- arugula or baby spinach
- shredded chicken (rotisserie is great)
- 2-3 tbsp Kens Light Caesar dressing
- Parmesan shavings
- Ciabatta bread
- salt
- pepper
directions

Heat oven on broil. Broil slices of prosciutto until crisp.

Cut bread lengthwise and spread dressing on one side of the bread. Top with arugula, chicken, salt, pepper, prosciutto slices, and shaved Parmesan.

Cut into four sandwiches and serve.
