Cool Summer Salad

  • 1 bag mixed greens (Italian or Mediterranean)

  • Sliced strawberries

  • 2 sliced kiwis

  • 1 can mandarin oranges

  • Gerard’s raspberry dressing

  • Combine strawberries, kiwis and mandarin oranges.

  • Mix with greens.

  • Serve with Gerard’s Raspberry dressing.
