"Men Love 'Em" Potatoes

ingredients
- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 1 8-oz cream cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 T. butter
- 1/3 cup chopped chives
- paprika, salt, pepper to taste
directions
Peel and boil potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Sometimes I leave the peel on. Beat sour cream and cheese together, add potatoes and beat until smooth. add rest of ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish, dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 350° for 25 minutes.
