Spaghetti Sauce
ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 5 dago - links
- 5 pkg. powder sauce
- 9-15 oz. sauce
- 6-6 oz. paste
- 6-6oz. water
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 2 med. onion (in hamburger when browning)
- take off fat
- 4 t. sugar
- Meat Balls:
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 16 crackers crushed
- 1 sm. onion chopped
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch sweet basil
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- parsley flakes
- Mix, brown and add to sauce.
directions
Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, add browned dago sausage.
