Berger Ranch Dove Skewers
Easily one of the best dove dishes you’ll ever eat. No matter how many we make they always disappear.
ingredients
- 48 Dove Filets (2 filets per dove)
- 1 Onion cut into 1x1 squares
- 12 Large Jalapenos cut into 1x1 squares
- Bacon sliced into 2" squares doubled over
- Italian Dressing
- Garlic Pepper or All Purpose Seasoning

Start by piling all the ingredients on to skewers alternating ingredients every time. Usually I double up on bacon on both sides of the breast.

Once completed place them in a pan and give them a good soak of italian dressing and place them in the refrigerator for one hour.

Remove from dressing and season them lightly with the garlic pepper or all purpose and place them on a grill. Use the leftover italian as a baste.

Cook them through. Slide them off the skewers and serve!
