Russian Teacakes
ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Measure flour and stir in along with salt to butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400. Roll dough into 1" thick balls, place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until set (not brown). Roll in powder sugar while still warm. Let cool. Roll again in powder sugar.
