Holiday Cranberry Mold
ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 packages (4 serving size) Cranberry Jell-O
- 1 1/2 cups cold Ginger Ale
- 2 cups halved green grapes
- 1 can (11oz. drained) Mandarin Orange segments

In a large bowl, stir boiling water into the Jell-O.

Stir for 2 minutes or until Jell-O is dissolved.

Stir in the COLD Ginger Ale.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until thickened.

Stir in fruit and spoon into 5 cup mold.
- 6
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
notes
Place the mold in warm water for 15 seconds to release from the mold.
