Orange Chile Pork Chops
ingredients
- Boneless pork chops
- 2 sliced sweet onions
- 2 small containers Herdez green chile salsa
- 1 cup orange juice
- garlic
- salt
- 1 tbsp corn starch mixed with small amount of water or juice
directions
Brown chops in butter or oil. Remove from pan. Brown onions. Recombine; add chile salsa, orange juice and spices. Add corn starch mixture and simmer.
