- 1 box Pepperidge Farms Cornbread Stuffing
- 1 small onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 can chicken broth
- dried cranberries
- dried apricots
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- salt/pepper/thyme
- butter and olive oil
