Cornbread
ingredients
- 1 C flour
- 1 C cornmeal
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 C sugar
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl: Add:
- 2 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1/4 C oil
- Stir until well mixed
directions
Heat oven-proof skillet on stove top with 2 Tbsp oil until oil is hot. Pour batter into skillet. Put immediately into pre-heated 425 degree oven. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown on top.
