SHREDDED CHEDDAR POTATOES
ingredients
- 8 - med.sized potatoes, or 32 oz package frozen hash browns
- 1 small carton half ’n half
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese & salt, pepper to taste

Put frozen hash brown in buttered 9x13 glass pan. Or, Boil potatoes with skins. Let cool in refrigerator. Peel skins and shred into hash browns. Pour potatoes into prepared pan.

In saucepan, heat together half ’n half, butter, salt, pepper until butter melts. Pour over potatoes.

Grate cheddar cheese over potatoes; Add parmesan to taste.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.
