Cabbage Soup Diet
ingredients
- 6 lg green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1-2 cans of diced/whole tomatoes
- 3 carrots
- 10 oz mushrooms
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1 pkg Lipton soup mix
- 1-2 cubes of bullion
- 48 oz can V8 juice
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
- Add 8 cups of water and cook.

Eat soup at least once each day!!!

Day 1: Fruit (except bananas).

Day 2: Vegetables (except dry beans, peas, corn). At dinner big baked potato with butter.

Day 3: Mix days 1 & 2, except no baked potato.

Day 4: Bananas (up to eight) with skim milk.

Day 5: Eat up to 20 oz of beef and six fresh tomatoes. Broiled/baked chicken is OK without the skin.

Day 6: Beef and vegetables, no baked potato.

Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.
