Meatballs
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef-leaner the better
- 2 slices of bacon cooked & chopped
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons parmesan
- 1 tablespoon breadcrums
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Sheet pan covered with a piece of parchment paper
- For Sauce:
- 1 10oz jar Grape Jelly
- 1 12oz bottle Chili sauce

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Take a small amount of mix and roll into balls of desired size r use two teaspoons. Smaller ones cook faster.

Place each meatball about half the size of the ball apart on the sheet pan. Cook for fifteen minutes, check and roll around if needed for more even cooking.

Let Cool

Place extras in a freezer bag and put in the freezer for up to 2 months or so.

For sauce, add Chili sauce and jelly in a sauce pan, heat until well mixed. Pour in meatballs and simmer. This works really well in a Croc Pot.
